A standard electronic signature is the workhorse of contract signing: fast, recognised under the law that governs your contract, and enough evidence for the overwhelming majority of business documents — offer letters, NDAs, vendor agreements, internal policies.
A standard electronic signature carries the lowest of the three assurance levels but remains admissible as evidence: where the governing law recognises electronic signatures, a signature is not dismissed merely for being electronic.
